This policy explains what we do with your personal data when you join the SOLO RAISED waitlist. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

What we collect

• Your email address. You give it to us when you join the waitlist.
• Your child’s age band (1–5, or expecting), if you choose to tell us. This is optional and we use it only to plan sizes and make what we send you relevant.
• Technical data. Your IP address and the time you signed up. We store these to prevent spam and abuse of the form.

We do not ask for names, addresses, payment details, or any information about your child beyond the age band.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your email to tell you when the first SOLO RAISED collection launches, to give waitlist members early access, and to send occasional updates about limited releases.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will stop emailing you.

For the IP address and timestamp our legal basis is legitimate interests: keeping the signup form free of automated abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
• Our email provider, which sends the messages you have signed up for.

These providers are bound by contract to process your data only on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us. IP addresses and timestamps are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• object to or restrict how we use it;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop. You can also email us and we will remove you.

This page uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies set are the ones WordPress needs to run the site. Nothing we set tracks you across other websites.

Children

This site is intended for adults buying for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. The age band you give us refers to your child’s clothing size and is not linked to any identifiable information about them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will email you before it takes effect.
